Objectives:Study calcium sulfate medicinal preparation methods,and its structure characteristics and the physical and chemical properties were analyzed.Discussed medical calcium sulfate and hydroxyapatite/artificial bone collagen bioactive compound preparation methods,and its physical and chemical properties.Will medical calcium sulfate and hydroxyapatite/collagen physics,build a new biodegradable composites compound of artificial bone(MCaS - HA/Col),discusses its repair segmental bone defect.Methods:1.adopting physical foaming technology and improvement methods of preparation MCaS-HA/Col complex biological porous scaffolds,2.Choose 45 only made in New Zealand rabbits 15mm radius of bone defect models were randomly divided into 3 groups, and A group of implant,A hybrid biological porous scaffolds for group,B,C HA/Col compounds were implanted autogenous bone,and for the control group 1 and 2.At 2,4 and 6,12,24 weeks, each group of random animals per batch,the following 3 only death test:general observation, X-ray examination,transmission electron microscope,sem observation,histologic observation and X-ray diffraction instrument,biomechanical testing and analysis of statistical processing result.Results:1.MCaS-HA/Col complex biological porous scaffolds,porosity and pore compressive strength of 150~300μm,70.69~78.26%,45~49MPa respectively.2.In 2,4,6,12, 24 weeks histologic examination and X-ray examination,transmission electron microscope, SEM observation shows bone defect repair,group than HA/Col complex with autologous transplantation group,bone biomechanical test group and 24 weeks after the compressive strength is autogenous bone,no obvious difference between torsional test..Conclusion:MCaS - HA/Col complex biological porous scaffolds have good biocompatibility,bone conductivity,biodegradable and efficient bone implant body activity,no rejection,without allergic reaction.MCaS - HA/Col complex biological porous scaffolds are very good bone defect materials,as tissue engineering scaffolds material also has its advantages. Will MCaS - HA/Col stenting rabbit bone defect models,radius using X-ray inspection,analysis method to study the histologic biodegradability and biocompatibility and bone repair effect. Results showed that compound materials to the rabbit radial bone defect repair,have certain effect that composite tissue repair in there and application prospect.
