OBJECTIVE Through an analysis of 108 cases of AML patient observed in HLA-DR expression in AML patients and its relationship with clinical characteristics,biological characteristics,the relationship between treatment effect.Analysis of HLA-DR-negative AML of the characteristics of the HLA-DR for the significance of AML patients.To provide a reference for clinical practical work options for AML patients with chemotherapy,such as evaluation of the disease.METHODS Retrospective case study analysis.Were all selected from 1998 to 2008 in our hospital Hematologists hospital,initial treatment of AML patients,the number of samples were 108 cases,of which,M3 43 cases,there are 65 cases of non-M3.Standard diagnostic criteria as well as the efficacy of the blood in accordance with standards and MICM clinical diagnosis of disease and efficacy standards.Through statistical analysis,observation of these cases,HLA-DR antigen expression and its clinical features,biological characteristics,remission rate and prognosis.RESULT①M3 group of patients,HLA-DR-negative patients(79.07%)was significantly higher than the proportion of non-M3 group(24.62%),P<0.05.②M3 group of patients,HLA-DR positive and negative groups in age,sex,as well as anemia,infection,infiltration(bone pain, swollen lymph nodes,liver,and splenomegaly) the incidence of no statistical difference(P>0.05) and in the incidence of bleeding higher rate of negative group(P<0.05).③M3 group of patients, HLA-DR-negative group and positive group of peripheral blood white blood cell count,platelet count,the proportion of naive cells,bone marrow,the proportion of leukemia,karyotype changes in the rate of fusion gene-positive rate of CD13 of immune markers,CD33,cMPO expression analysis by statistical significant difference(P<0.05 ).④M3 group of patients,HLA-DR-positive group and negative group of the year complete remission rate and survival rate,positive group than the negative group,with statistical analysis,there are significant differences between the two group(p<0.05).⑤Non-M3 patients,HLA-DR-negative group and positive group in terms of age, gender,as well as anemia,bleeding,infection,infiltration(bone pain,lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly) the incidence of no statistical difference(P>0.05) and in the incidence of liver higher rate of negative group(P<0.05).⑥Non-M3 patients,HLA-DR-negative group and positive group of peripheral blood white blood cell count,hemoglobin,platelet count,bone marrow,the proportion of the original cells,the immune markers of CD13,CD33 expression, with statistically significant difference analysis(P<0.05).⑦Patients with non-M3 group, HLA-DR-positive group and negative group the complete remission rate greater than the positive-negative group,with statistical analysis are significant differences between the two (P<0.05),one-year survival rate was no significant difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSION①LA-DR expression and the clinical characteristics of AML patients, treatment response to some extent.②HLA-DR-negative AML patients with complete remission rate,one-year survival rate,CD13,CD33 expression was higher than positive.HLA-DR may be in the evaluation of clinical prognosis of patients with AML to provide reference.The results showed:HLA-DR to determine the expression of acute myeloid leukemia prognosis of patients with a certain reference value.The results showed:HLA-DR to determine the expression of acute myeloid leukemia prognosis of patients with a certain reference value.
