With the aging population structure and people's living standards, and its incidence also on the rise, when coronary therosclerotic plaque ruptures or anabrosises, it activates Platelets, promotes platelets' aggregation and adhesion. At last, it formates thrombus and aggravates the development of Coronary heart disease. The important way to prevent and cure Coronary heart disease is that it inhibits the aggregation of platelets and the formation of thrombus, so Aspirin becames the conventional medicine of Coronary heart disease. Because of the Side effects and the Aspirin Resistance. it cann't be used more widely. Tongguan capsule is the experience summarization from famous TCM doctors of Tietao Deng, which has the function of Yiqihuoxue, Huayu Tongluo. It contains Astragalus, radix salviae miltiorrhizae , bdella, leech. To explore the influence of Tongguan Capsule on PLT, MPV, PDW, PAgT, so it Provides a more effective basis for Tongguan Capusle, which will be used more widely, and rleases Economic burden of society and patients.MethodsA total of 74 patients were randomly divide into two groups: the test group(37case) (control group + Tongguan Capsule)and control group (37case) (β-receptor blocker, nitrates, statins and other lipid-lowering drugs, and to give aspirin 100mg/d orally, if angina pectoris, temporary sublingual nitroglycerin, nitric acid isosorbide, etc.). All of the patients' clinical symptoms conform to the diagnosis standard of unstable anginapectoris and at the same time. One courses of treatment which lasted for half a months were undergone. During the course of treatment, the following were observed: PLT,MPV, PDW, PAgT.Results1. After treatment , both testgrounp and control group advance the PLT, and decrease PDW, MPV (P<0. 05), significant was found between test group and control group about the PLT, PDWand MPV (P<0. 05). Tongguan capsule has the function to stabilize platelets and Reduce the platelet consumption, can decreases the incidence of thrombus.2. After treatment, both test group and control group reduce PAgT of Unstable Angina Pectoris which was induced by ADP,AA,Collagen (P<0.01), test group was better than control group on reduction PAgT (P<0.01). Tongguan Capsule basis of conventional treatment can reduce the sensitivity what PAgT to AA,ADP,collagen, enhance sensitivity Of aspirin in patients and help anti-platelet aggregation of aspirin's role.ConclusionTongguan capsule can stablize platelet and inhibite platelet aggregation. At the same time , it relieves hypercoagulable state in patients with unstable angina, also intervene thrombosis , at last it can combat Coronary heart disease and afford a new way to cure other Thrombotic diseases.
