Huoxuehuayu Combined Long Balloon Angioplasty Treatment Of Diabetic Foot Limb Ischemia Clinical Observation

Background:Reported Reported in patients with diabetic foot abroad,14%-24% require amputation treatment of diabetic foot amputations in our country the rate of 21%-66%,the mortality rate of diabetic patients,according to statistics on mortality rates accounted for 5%-8%.With the development of medicine,the increasing involvement of technology is widely used in the treatment of diabetic foot become a trend,we used Chinese medicine combined huoxuehuayu and long balloon angioplasty treatment of 30 cases of diabetic foot limb ischemia and to explore the effect of treatment.Purpose:Observation and verification of Chinese medicine combined huoxuehuayu long balloon angioplasty treatment of diabetic foot feasibility of limb ischemia,and a preliminary assessment of the two in combination on the Blood-type context of the recent ischemic diabetic foot,mediumterm effects.Methods:Select qualified 65 cases of hospitalized patients,total 85 suffering limbs from 2005 to April 2009.(Excluded from the observation group two cases after the death and the three cases of lost.there were 38 patients with 30 cases of physical illness;the control group one cases of death,lost one cases,there were 28 cases and 36 patients with physical illness)Patients grouped in accordance with a voluntary basis.The observation group huoxuehuayu drug used and the joint intervention with conventional medical treatment,the control group used conventional medical treatment Observed before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms,hemodynamic changes,the healing time of ulcers,stasis symptoms,physical function and related changes in safety testing,in order to determine the improvement of the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms,physical function and amputation rate.Finally,the data input into the computer,the establishment of databases,data,applications SPSS11.5 statistical packages for statistical analysis.Results:1,The technical success rate was of 94.6%(42 limbs).Technical failure had 4 patients below the knee of arteries.two patients had died for smyocardial infarction in perioperatie;2,two groups of patients with the shortest follow-up of 4 months,the longest 18 months,with an average follow-up of 6 months,through the inter-group comparisons and self-control show control:the observation group in the clinical symptoms,ulcer healing time,the recovery of limb function,compared to laboratory-related differences(P＜0.05);3,The observation group in patients with diabetic foot amputation rate of 5.3%,42.1%cure rate the total effective rate was 86.8%,control group 13.9%amputation rate,cure rate 16.7%The total effective rate was 58.3%, the two groups were significantly different(P＜0.05);4,two groups of patients in the treatment of diabetic foot safety aspects(fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin,liver and kidney function,blood)did not change significantly((P＞0.05);Conclusions:The combined length huoxuehuayu balloon angioplasty more effective than the treatment of diabetic foot Intensive conventional medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot dialectic,the treatment of diabetic foot is an effective means to improve the symptoms of lower limb ischemia caused by a decrease of amputation rate,found no serious toxicity,complications of reaction,the value of clinical application.
