Object:This paper carried out polynary agergate analysis of chemical componets and vivo pharma -cokinetics of panax notoginseng and it's combined priscription for studying influence of supplementing gas combined with activating blood to drug of supplementing gas.Aims to establish the quality control methods of traditional Chinese medicine which associated with the clinical efficacy,the mμlti-component and mμlti-target synergy.Methods:RRLC-MS was used to inference and analyz the chemical composition of Notoginseng;Rats were oral and vein injected with tail with notoginseng,notoginseng combined with safflower(1:4),notoginseng combined with salvia(1:1),blood samples were drawn from orbit at 0.10,0.25,0.50,0.75,1,2,3,5,8,12,24,48,72 h.RRLC-MS was used to analyze the major chemical compositon and pharmacokinetic parameters of notoginseng before and after the compatibility.Results:There are some significant diefferences about pharmacokinetic parameters before and after compatibility,mainly as follows:Rg1,Rb1, t1/2αof Rd,Cmax increases significantly which showed absorption rate become slow caused by compatibility and the plasma concentration of major effective compositon increased,t1/2βof Rg1decreased significantly,t1/2βof Rg1 and Rd increased significantly after notoginseng combined with salvia,CL/F of Rg1 and Rb1 decreased,AUC increased,Cmax increased and Tmax increased.It's showed the time of vivo metabolism of Rg1 and Rd prolonged after compatibility,peak area under the curve increased,so did bioavailability and serum concentration.Conclusion:In this paper,experimental data showed that there were significant differences of pharmacokinetic parameters between compatibility and monomer,suggesting that the compatibility has an effect of synergistic interaction The resμlts proved that the composing prescription can significantly affect the pharmacokinetic parameters of chemical composition in vivo and illustrated the rich scientific connotation of the priscription of supplementing gas and activating blood.
