ObjectivesThis subject is aiming at observing the clinical efficacy of general TCM treatment and single Western medicine treatment after the unblocking operation with laparoscope to tubal infertility, this paper is also to analyze the pregnancy ratio, unblocking ratio of oviduct,re-obstruction ratio, re-adhesion ratio and the improvement of Chinese medical symptom and part physical sign after the operation, provide a diagnosis and treatment solution with standardization and normalization for all the tubal infertility patients and lay an objective and scientific foundation for the evaluation of middle and long term curative effect and the establishment of clinical path in the general TCM treatment process after the laparoscopic operation for the tubal infertility patients.MethodsAccording to the diagnosis standard of tubal infertility, select 80 patients who went to Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and succeeded in oviduct unblocking by laparoscopic operation during the time from January,2007 to September,2008 and divide them into two groups at random, treatment group and comparison group,40 patients for each. For the treatment group, their ages are from 22 to 38 and the average age is 30.15±3.97.Their infertility time is from 1 to 10 years and the average infertility time is 3.73 years. For the comparison group, their ages are from 21 to 39 and the average age is 28.92±4.87.Their infertility time is from 1 to 10 years and the average infertility time is 3.8 years. After the grouping, the treatment group is given a general TCM treatment together with Chinese patent drug and oviduct unblocking transfusion. The comparison group is given only a Western medicine with oviduct unblocking transfusion. The treatment period is half a year.Give clinical observation to the pregnancy ratio, unblocking ratio of oviduct,re-adhesion ratio,Chinese medical symptom scores, part physical sign scores and general scores.ResultsThis study showed that:there are 59 patients(73.75%) with channel depression and blood stasis in the 80 cases of tubal infertility patients, which is significantly higher than the other two kinds(P<0.05);In the 40 patients of treatment group, the pregnancy cases,15 patients(37.5%),of which 2 cases(13.3%) aborted and 3 cases(20%) are ectopic pregnancies.Precise probability shows that the difference between the groups have no statistic importance(P>0.05);After six months, the unblocking ratio of oviduct of the treatment group,88.4%,is higher than that of the comparison group(P<0.05) and re-adhesion ratio,11.6%,is lower than that of comparison group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the Chinese medical symptom scores, part physical sign scores and general scores of both group are largely lower than these of the two group(P<0.05).After half year, the Chinese medical symptom scores, part physical sign scores and general scores of treatment group are significantly lower than these of the comparison group(P<0.05).Through Second Category Logistic regression analysis, this study showed that there is a pertinence between the group difference and pregnancy(P<0.05) and general TCM treatment is the protective factor for pregnancy(OR=3.4).ConclusionThe general TCM treatment for tubal infertility can effectively increase the pregnancy ratio and oviduct unblocking ratio after laparoscopic operation, lower the re-adhesion ratio and improve the Chinese traditional medical symptom and physical sign without any toxic side effect. The study of this project provides an objective and scientific basis for the establishment of clinical path after thelaparoscopic operation of tubal infertility patients. It is worth clinical popularization and application.
