Observesion The Clinical Efficacy Of Xiaoqinglong-Aerosol Treatment Of COPD Stable

Objective:Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)is a pulmonary disease with the character of restriction of air flow.The restriciton is incomplete reversibleand it progresses continuously.Aerosol as a conventional treatment is widespread in clinical application,but in general are mainly to Western medicine,Chinese medicine aerosol treatment of COPD in clinical application are rare.The topics to observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong-aerosol treatment of COPD stable.So it can provide certain clinical and theoretical basis for the aerosol.Methods:60 cases of the disease randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases,the treatment group treated with Xiaoqinglong aerosol and the control group with xiaoqinglongtang.After 3 days, 7 days,10 days,14 days treatment.Observed the changes of cough,expectoration, breathing,shortness of breath symptoms.Before and after treatment,observed the changes of lung function,analysis the results of their statistical.Results:The two groups before treatment in case the basis of the difference was not statistically significant,the two groups are comparable. Two weeks after the treatment,the treatment group of recovered 8 cases,14 cases markedly effective,efficient 7 cases,1 case of invalid;efficient 96.6 percent,the control group of recovered seven cases,14 cases markedly effective,efficient 7 cases,2 cases of invalid,A 93.3 percent efficiency, there was no significant difference in the two groups.After 3 days,7 days, 10 days,,the difference between two groups was significant.,The difference between two groups was no significant after 14 days.Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong-aerosol can effectively ease the stable of COPD symptoms.
