The Clinical Observation Of The Jianpi Quyu Method Combined With Huaier Granule In The Treatment Of Patients With Intermediate And Advanced Stage Of Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

Objective:This study is based on the experience of Professor Lin Lizhu who summarizes it from the clinical treatment of primary hepatic cancer.Its aim is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the Jianpi Quyu traditional Chinese medicine method combined with Huaier Granule in the treatment of patients with intermediate and advanced Stage of primary hepatic cancer,further to provide a clinical basis for the treatment of primary hepatic cancer.Methods:In this study,no-random in an open-style approach is used to observe the clinical efficacy.In this study,45 patients with intermediate and advanced Stage of primary liver cancer were included,who were outpatient or inpatient from June 2008 to March 2009 in Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital.17 patients for comparison were given TACE and after the iatreusis were given the best treatment like reduced glutathione hormone.28 patients were given the Jianpi Quyu traditional Chinese medicine method combined with Huaier Granule for research,four treatment courses with 28±2 days for each.Through observing,the changes before and after treatment in clinical symptom,body weight,ECOG score, Child-Pugh score,tumor progress changes,blood analysis,liver and kidney functions, AFP,Urine Analysis,Stool Analysis,ECG,the survival rate of half year,the quality of life and adverse reactions of treatments and so on,we further studied the efficacy and safety of the Jianpi Quyu traditional Chinese medicine method combined with Huaier Granule in the treatment of primary liver cancer,observed the adverse reactions and evaluated its safety.Results:Through statistical analyzing,the study shows:Using the Jianpi Quyu traditional Chinese medicine combined with Huaier Granule in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer,the patients of the research have lower score in the clinical symptom,lower ECOG score after using the medicine,compared with the comparison which have obviously statistical disparation(P＜0.05),and aslo the pretreatment. After the treatment,the patients in the study keep weight,compared with the comparison and pretherapy who don't have obviously statistical disparation(P＞0.05), but after the third treatment,they have obviously statistical disparation(P＜0.05).In the study of the tumor progress changes between the group of study and the comparison,the medicine have some affection in stabilizing the tumor in the treatment anaphase(P＜0.05);The survival rate of half year is 80.77%of the reasearh group,and 47.06%of the comparison group,which have obviously statistical disparation between the two group(P＜0.05).TheⅠ-Ⅱgrade of nausea and vomiting are its main adverse reaction in the treatment group.However,it is light,and it can release by itself.Compared with the comparison group,it has less adverse effect(P＜0.05).It's longanimous.Compared with the comparison in hematology,the study group doesn't have conspicuous myelosuppression,and the noxious property of the liver,kidney,heart,tracts alimentarius,ect.The reaseach group also can degrades the AFP's level in the blood(P＞0.05).Both the two group have degrader's tendency.Conclusion:Primary liver cancer has a high malignancy and a rapid progress.At present,it is lack of specific effective treatment methods.Traditinal Chinese medicine treatment is one of the better choices,which can determine of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs and based on differentiation of disease.The earlier intervention,the better effect.For patients with liver cancer, Jianpi Quyu method combined with Huaier Granule can stabilize or degrade the ECOG score,stabilize patients' weight and improve the physical state;improve the patients' clinical symptoms in some extent and quality of life,and prevent tumor progression or relapse,elevate the half year survival rate of the patients.Some patients even can survive for a long time with tumor.The Jianpi Quyu medicine combined with Huaier Granule is in line with the pathogenesis of patients,without significant bone marrow suppression,heart,liver and kidney toxicity,or gastrointestinal reactions and so on.The Jianpi Quyu medicine combined with Huaier Granule has more safety and patients have good tolerance.In this study,the number of cases is limited.Expanding the number of cases and the observation time is necessary to get a more comprehensive and accurate evaluation on short-term efficacy,long-term effect,survival time and safety of The Jianpi Quyu medicine combined with Huaier Granule.
