Objective: To research the rule of TCM symptoms of MS, and to provide evidence for TCM therapy of MS.Method: According to the diagnosis criterion and exclusive criterion of Western medicine, divided the chosen 234 cases with TCM differentiation into 2 types, the deficiency syndrome and the excess syndrome, further divided the deficiency syndrome into yang deficiency, yin deficiency, qi deficiency, and blood deficiency; divided the excess syndrome into blood stasis, sputum moisture, moisture hot, and stasis hot of enteron;at the same time, divided the MS into combination syndrome, such as qi yin deficiency, moisture and hot with blood stasis, qi deficiency with sputum moisture, qi deficiency with blood stasis, yin yang deficiency. Find out the rule of TCM symptoms of MS according to the TCM differentiation.Results: Deficiency of the metabolic syndrome accounted for 49.7%, 50.3% positive, both compared with no significant difference. Single card-type cards in 88 cases of qi deficiency (75.2%), 74 cases of Yin-deficiency (63.2%), gastrointestinal 69 cases of heat plot (58. 9%), 59 cases of damp-heat syndrome (50.4%), 57 cases of phlegm card ( 48.7%), 28 cases of blood stasis syndrome (23.9%), Yang 27 cases (23. 1%), three cases of blood stasis syndrome (2.6%) ; combination of Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndromes 37 cases of card (31. 6%), Stasis Syndrome heat folder 24 cases (20. 5%), Qi-deficiency and dampness card folder 21 cases (17.9%), 14 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis (11.9%), 11 cases of deficiency of yin and yang of two (9.4%).Conclusion: The main deficiency in the metabolic syndrome as the main Qi Deficiency Syndromes, empirical plot mainly gastrointestinal heat as the main evidence-based; from Combined evidence-based perspective, the most common metabolic syndrome for both Qi and Yin deficiency, followed by heat folder blood, Qi-deficiency and dampness folder.
