Clinical Study On Relationship Between Syndrome Differentiation Of TCM And The Serum Level Of Hs-CRP,TNF-α In Metabolic Syndrome

Objective: To study the relationship between syndrome differentiation of TCM and the plasma level of Hs-CRP,TNF-α,Adipose and the other correlative index in MS,which supplies objective index for microcosmic syndrome differentiation of TCM in MS.Methods:According to diagnostic criterion of western medicine and the criterion of exclucive case,65 cases with MS were selected and classified into the phlegm-dampness abundant syndrome(PDAS),Qi and Yin dual deficiency syndrome(QYDS),the Yin-Yang dual deficinency with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(YYDPBSS),the Liver stagnant and Spleen deficiency syndrome(LSSDS),and 15 cases of healthy people were selected as the normal control group(NCG).The 4 different types of TCM of MS were compared with each other by Hs-CRP,TNF-α,Adipose and the other correlative index,and then were compared with the normal control group,observing the change of index to study the relationship.
