Study Of The Characteristics Of Psycho-coping, Life Quality And Their Specificities Of Constitution Of The Sub-healthy Patients In Fatigue State

ObjectiveInitial approach the sub-healthy patients in fatigue state' s characteristics of psycho-coping and life qulity,and their relationship.Analyse the distribution condition of consitutions of the patients.In the progress step analyse the specific of psycho- coping and life qulity in different constitutions.MethodsApply the method of the cross-secetion study.Administra the patient to fill the《The scale of self somato-mental health evaluation》if the he(she) meets the internalizing criterions.The scale includes informed consents, self-informations,self-evaluate of mobid states and unwell syndromes,also includes the《The scale of constitutions and sub-healthy state》make of《The scale of sub-healthy states screening》and《The scale of Chinese constitutions evaluation》,SCL-90,TCSQ and SF-36.Evaluate the health state accordding to the criterions of health.Make statistical treatment to the patients' score of every factor in SCL-90,SF-36,TCSQ,also to the Chinese constitutions distribution of the patients,as to study of characteristics and their relationship,also to the specificities of different constitutions in sub-healthy patients in fatigue state from psycho- coping and life quality.Results1.The basic characteristics of the sub-healthy patients in fatigue state:the ratio of e sub-healthy patients in fatigue state in all survey persons,the young mental laborers were the highest,with the ratio falling-off when the age and the educational background downgrades.2.The compare of factor scores in SCL-90,SF-36,TCSQ sub-healthy patients in fatigue state with sub-healthy patients not in fatigue state:the scores of the somatization,the obligating,interpersonal relationship sensitiveness,depression and anxiety factors in SCL-90 were higher in sub-healthy patients in fatigue state(P＜0.01).The scores of every factors in SF-36 was higher in sub-healthy patients in fatigue state(P＜0.05),but in the TCSQ,the Positive coping factor score was lower.3.The study of relation between mental-state,coping style and life quality of the sub-healthy patients in fatigue state:In the study of the relationship between mental-state and life quality,the result of the first pair of integrated variables shows that the physio-function would be worse if the somato-syndromes were more obvious.And thymo- functional authority and mental health would be worse when the emotions of anxiety and depression were more obvious The result of the first pair of integrated variables shows that the body pain would be more obvious and the general health state would be worse if the somato-syndromes and the emotion of depression were more obvious,but opposite to the behavier of the obduracy.In the study of relationship between coping style and life quality,the result shows that the mental-health would be worse if the coping style was more passive,and it would be opposite if the coping style was more positive.Other aspects of life quality also correlated with the coping style in some extents.Most of them correlated negatively with passvie coping style,and positively with the positive coping style.4.The specific of characteristics in different constitutions of sub-healthy patients in fatigue state:the constitutions with the largest ratio of sub-healthy patients in fatigue state is the yangxu constitution(25.30%),the second is the qixu constitution(21.28%),the third is the pinghe constitution(13.48%).Every factor scores of SCL-90, SF-36 were both lower when we compare the yangxu constitution,the qixu constitution with pinghe constitution.So as to the scores of the positve coping factor,but the score of the passive coping factor was higher(P＜0.05).When comparing the yangxu constitution with the qixu constitution,there were no signifficant differences in the factor scores in SCL-90 and TCSQ,but scores of the physio-functional authority factor,the thymo- functional authority facor and metal-health factor were lower(P＜0.05).In the progress step of analysing the specific of characteristics in different constitutions,the patients with the pinghe constitution had no distinguished specifics in psychological characteristics,but uneasy to emerge somato-syndrome and anxiety,the specifics of life quality charateristics was mainly the unstability of health status.The phobophobia factor could be taken out of the SCL-90 as the specifics of psychological charateristics of patients with qixu constitution.The specifics of life quality charateristics was mainly reflected in physiological functions.The specifics of psychological charateristics of the patients with yangxu constitution was reflected in the lower of the sleep quality or other syndromes.The specifics of life quality charateristics was reflected in somato-pain and thymo-functions.Conclusions1.The young mental laborers distributed the most widely in sub-healthy patients in fatigue state.Their mental states were more unstable to the sub-healthy patients not in fatigue state,the life quality was worse and the coping style was relative passive.2.Somato-syndrome mainly influenced the somato-health in the sub-healthy patients in fatigue state.The negative emotion especally the depression not only influenced the mental-health,but could also lead to somato-syndrome and in some extent influenced the general health statue.The passive coping style mostly influenced the mental-health,but also had some impact to the other aspects of life quality.3.The patients with pinghe constitution,qixu constitution and yangxu constitution accounted the most.Patients with different constitution had different characteristics.Through aggregate analysis,we found that patients with pinghe constitution were more stable than patients with biased constitution.The psycho-characteristic of the patients with qixu constitution was mostly the social loneliness and maladaptation,but the psycho-characteristic of the patients with qixu constitution was from the lower of sleep quality and other somato-syndromes.They both influenced the psycho-health and somato-health.So it needed to find different methods of keep healthy aimed directly to different constitutions.Besides to keep well living habit,avoid over fatigue,the patients with qixu constitution needed to emphasis social supporting,and getting freeing from loneliness.And the patients with yangxu constitution needed keeping stable psycho-state,prevent from over happyness or sadness,and also needed keeping eat and sleep quality to prevent over dissipation of yangqi.
