Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Elecdro-acupuncture + Chinese Medicine Treatment Used On The Neurotoxicity Of Cancer Being Treated Of Chemo-treatment

Objective:According to the research,the past 30 years China and worldwide cancer incidence and mortality rate shows an ascending trend;in 20-30years,China will keep ascending its mortality rate.The side-effect most common of the antineoplastic is the neurotoxicity.The severe neurotoxicity affects our life quality.Therefore,this study is to obseve the effect of the electro-acupuncture and the chinese medicine used on cancer being trated of the chemo-treatment.Method:40 participants were being invited to join in the study.They were randomly picked to form two different categories:the Treatment Group(A group) and the Control Group(B group).The statisitic is based on randomized cross-over controlled trial.A group uses the electro-acupuncture + chinese medicine treatment.B group uses chinese medicine.Result:1.To relieve the neurotoxicity,A group(electro-acupuncture + chinese medicine treatment) shows its neurotoxicity with significant difference (P<0.05).B group(chinese medicine treatment) shows(P>0.05).2.Both group shows an ascending score of the weight.The difference results of before and after the treatment shows(P<0.05).The difference results of the Treatment group indicates(P>0.05).3.Both group shows a difference results based on the chinese symptom score chart,Karnorsfsy and life quality score(P>0.05).B group (electro-acupuncture + chinese medicine) shows a difference results (P<0.05),it indicates its result is better than the B group.Conclusion:The study of electro-acupuncture + chinese medicine treatment used on the neurotoxicity of cancer being trated of chemo-treatment results analysis based on Karnofsky Evaluation Scale reveals that the therapeutic efficacy of treatment formula conducting on Treatment Group is higher than that of on the Control Group.It beings a better quality of life to the patients,ascend their immunity and relieve the neurotoxicity.
