| At present, the surgery of intracranial aneurysms has been great progress in treatment, many patients can be fully recovered from the body. However, in clinical practice, we can also find there is a part of patients, there is attention,who have memory, orientation and other cognitive functions of the ability of the damage, so sick of working and living in future be affected, even more serious danger to their psychological. Domestic postoperative complication of intracranial aneurysms cognitive impairment reported less, and not comprehensive. This study of intracranial aneurysm patients, though cognitive function tests, to analysis the influential factors of cognitive impairment.Objective:The aim is to investigate the causing and influential factors of patients who generated cognitive impairment in postoperative intracranial aneurysms .Methods:In this article, the second hospital of Jilin University in February 2007 -2009 in February of 70 cases treated during intracranial aneurysm surgery patients were studied retrospectively, 70 patients are in line with a stable condition after three days.It focus on analysis of arterial tumor site, Hunt-Hess grade and SAH Fisher grade to explore with patients the relationship between cognitive impairment.Results: All aneurysms were reported in stable condition after 3 days after ,the initial screening, on the cognitive abnormalities found in patients with mini-mental state examination (MMSE) assessed. The performance of cognitive impairment for patients in 26 cases, an incidence rate of 37.1%. One of anterior communicating artery aneurysm in 12 cases, left posterior communicating artery aneurysm in 4 cases, right posterior communicating artery aneurysm in 2 cases, the left middle cerebral artery aneurysm in 3 cases, the right middle cerebral artery aneurysm in 2 cases, bilateral posterior communicating artery aneurysm Example 2, the right anterior cerebral artery aneurysm in 1 case. 26 cases complicated with postoperative cognitive dysfunction, and preoperative Hunt-Hess grade of 7cases of gradeâ… ,â…¡grade 19 cases. SAH Fisher grade 2 points in 7 cases, 19 cases of sub-grade 3.Conclusions:The results showed that the postoperative complication of intracranial aneurysms with cognitive impairment with a wide variety of factors:1. Aneurysm site and postoperative complications related to cognitive impairment, anterior communicating artery aneurysm has bigger chance than other parts .2.Hunt - Hess grade, the lower of the levels ,the less of the cognitive impairment.3. The less of Subarachnoid hemorrhage on CT volume ,the lower of SAH Fisher grade ,the less of the postoperative complication rate of cognitive impairment.It is important for clinical doctor to heal the sick during the early period of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in the prevention and treatment. In this way ,it will reduce the incidence of persistent cognitive impairment, and promote the patient to participate in social activities and take care of themselves. |
