Effects Of Qingyouyin On The Immune Function Of Verruca Plavtaris Patients

Verruca plavtaris VP is one of common clinical intractory diseases of skin which is caused by human papilloma virus.The clinical manifestation is the formation of neoplasm on the skin surface when the virus enter into epidermal tissue.To investigate the effect of Qingyou yin on the contents of the serum immunoglobulin G, serum immunoglobulin A and serum immunoglobulin M of the verruca plavtaris patients and to investigate the effect of Qingyou yin on the level of T lymophocytes subgroup of the verruca plavtaris patients, the preciptetion method was used to detecte the serum immunoglobulin and the alkaline phosphatase-anti alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) method was used to detecte the level of T lymophocytes subgroups.The results were that the levels of the serum immunoglobulin G and M of both the test group and the control group increased after 20-day treatment .There were significance differences between the two groups. By the same time , the levels of the CD3+,CD4+T and CD8+T lymphocyte also increased After 40 days, the level of the CD8+T lymphocyte decreased to normal level.and the ratio of the CD4+T to CD8+T was also recovered.Above all, Qingyou yin could enhance the function of humoral immunity and can regulate the the level of T lymophocity subgroup of the verruca plavtaris...
