Objective: Due to the aging of the population, the incidence of coronary heart disease increases constantly. As a result, the off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery(OPCABG) comes to prevail gradually. Ever since the come out of fast-tract cardiac surgery(FTCS) from washinton university in 1993, the concept of fast-track cardiac anesthesia(FTCA) was proposed simultaneously. The present study is to evaluate the effects of sufentail and remifentanil on FTCA during OPCABG., to seek more reasonable, more safe anesthesia project, give referrence for clinic anesthesia. Methods: Sixty ASA II-III patients of both sexes aged 48-76 years undergoing OPCABG were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=30 each): sufentanil group (S) and remifentanil group (R). Anesthesia was induced with midazolam 0.03-0.04mg/kg, propofol 1-2mg/kg, etomidate 0.3mg/kg, vecuronium 0.08-0.12mg/kg and sufentanal 0.5μg/kg(S)or remefentanil 2μg/kg (R). Anesthesia was maintained with propofol 4-6.5mg/kg/h, sufentanil 0.5-1.7μg/kg/h(S) or remefentanil 6-18μg/kg/h(R). The time of analepsia, the time of extubation, the time of ICU stay, the NO. of reinturation, the NO. of introoprative awareness, the NO. of mania, the NO. of complain of pain, the NO. of nausea and vomiting were recorded postoperatively.Result: There were no significant differences between two groups in NO. of coronary artery bypass graft, the time of anesthesia, the time of extubion, the time of ICU duration, the NO.of reinturation, introoprative awareness, nausea, vomiting. The time of analepsia in group S were longer than those in group R(P<0.05),the NO.of mania and complain of pain were less than those in group R(P<0.05).Conclusion: Sufentanil and remifentanil all suit for tast-tract anesthesia in OPCABG, but sufentani is easy to govern postopetative.
