The Comparative Study Of Sufentanil Or Remifentanil Combined Anesthesia In Wake Anesthesia Undergoing Scoliosis Surgery

Objective： Discussion scoliosis surgery propofol and remifentanil or Sufentanil intravenousanesthesia wake-up time for patients intraoperative hemodynamic wake affect quality.Methods:50cases of scoliosis posterior orthopedic surgery patients, ages12-30years of age,body mass index (BMI)<30, ASAⅠ-Ⅱgrade, normal hearing, no heart, liver dysfunction andhypoalbuminemia, hyperlipidemia albumin, no history of long-term use of opioids, no mentaldisorders. The patients randomly divided into sufentanil group(SF group) and remifentanil group(RF group),25cases each group. SF group received propofol combined with sufentanilcontinuous intravenous infusion to maintain anesthesia, RF group received propofol combinedwith remifentanil continuous intravenous infusion to maintain anesthesia. before the wake ofabout20min, SF group stopped pumped into SF, RF group will continue to pump into the RF doseadjustment is0.05ug/kg/min until the patient with instructions to complete the wake-up test.During the process the anesthesiologist fixed the patient head and hands, protect pipes, call thepatient to move toe and finger. the surgeon observed and determined without spinal cordinjury,The wake-up test is successful. Instantly intravenous injection of propofol1.5mg/kg,fentanyl1-2ug/kg deepen anesthesia. Intraoperative observed two groups of patients spontaneousbreathing time (time records since the beginning of withdrawal), patients with body movementtime, the patients were able to complete instruction time, patients with and without restlessness,and withdrawal after10min（T1）, waking（T2），After wake-up10min（T3）mean arterial pressurein patients (MAP) mmHg, heart rate (HR) beats/min and PetCO2mmHg value.Results: The time of spontaneous breathing,body movement,able to cope with instruction of RFgroup was shorter than the SF group(P<0.05);During wake-up test,the restlessness of RF groupwas higher than the SF group(P<0.05).The hemodynamic of SF group was more stability than theRF group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In this study Sufentanil combined propofol in scoliosis surgery wake-up test,Sufentanil can make patient hemodynamic is more stable, higher quality wake, Sufentanil jointpropofol in the wake of scoliosis can be better used in anesthesia, but the wake-up time isrelatively longer.
