| To screen out relative physiological and biochemical indexes from serum,this experiment examines serum physiological and biochemical indexes in mice exposed in cigarette mainstream smoke for one week to four weeks(To simulate smoking early days) and twelve weeks(To simulate addicting to smoking).The samples which released from cigarette mainstream smoking in different modes(To simulate giving up smoking) were examined also.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.Exposed in cigarette mainstream smoke for one week to four weeks,content of TP,ALB,GLU,GSP,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,γ-GT,ALP,CHE,TBA,UREA,CREA,UA, CK,CK-MB,LDH,α-HBDH,CO2 and Fe in mice serum had significant diversity compared with CK,the fluctuant rules are different between male mice and female mice.2.Exposed in cigarette mainstream smoke for twelve weeks,content of ALB,GLU,ALT,AST,LDH andα-HBDH in male mice serum had extremely significant diversity compared with CK,content of TP and Fe had significant diversity compared with CK;content of LDH in female serum had extremely significant diversity compared with CK,content of ALT,CO2,α-HBDH,CREA,TP,TC,CK and CK-MB had significant diversity compared with CK.3.Released quickly from cigarette mainstream smoke after twelve weeks,content of AST,Fe and GSP in male mice serum had extremely significant diversity compared with CK,content of TP had significant diversity compared with CK;content of CREA in female mice serum had extremely significant diversity compared with CK.4.Released from cigarette mainstream smoke after twelve weeks stage by stage, content of ALB,CO2,Fe and GSP in male mice serum had extremely significant diversity compared with CK,content of CHE,LDH,CREA,CK and CK-MB had significant diversity compared with CK;content of ALT and UA in female mice serum had extremely significant diversity compared with CK. |
