The Study To Chose The Best Composement Of Yi-Tang-Kang By Using Orthogonal Design

[Objictive] The aim of this experiment is to study the traditional medicine of Yi-Tang-Kang which is composed of 14 kinds of Chinese herbal. In this experiment ,we can choose orhotgonal design, than we screen the best composement of Yi-Tang-Kang which have the treatment of desending blood sugar and blood lipids to provide the condition of declaring patent and also deeply study.[Methods] Becauese of choosing orhotgonal design ,we can use table of L16(215).Making STZ model of rats and giving the rats 16 kinds of traditional medicine.We get blood through orbit vein when the process of experiment is 3 weeks and 6 weeks, than test the fast glucose , triglyceride,total cholesterol and Low density lipoprotein-cholesterol. The results is contrasted ,but we choose the last result as the most important one.[Results] The result of the fast glucose is descending(p<0.05).The contrast of triglyceride on 3 weeks and 6 weeks is obvious(p<0.05).Through the analysis of the 6th week results composed of fast glucose and triglyceride, we obtain the root of kudzu vine, the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine, Poria cocos, red paeony root, the root of membranous milk vetch, bighead atractylodes rhizome, cortex phellodendri, liquorice.[Conclusion] The composement of Yi-Tang-Kang which can desenced fast glucose and triglyceride is the root of kudzu vine, the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine, Poria cocos, red paeony root, the root of membranous milk vetch, bighead atractylodes rhizome, cortex phellodendri, liquorice.
