Objective:To evaluate the efficiency and tolerance of acute respiratory distress syndrome of rabbit model with dialyzor oxygenate technique,in order to probe the safety, efficacy and stability of ARDS in neonates treated with JH—Blood Purification System. Methods:The experiments were performed in 20 New Zealand anesthetized rabbits(2.0-3.0kg),which are randomly divided into experimental group (with JH- Blood Purification System) and control group(simple face mask to inhale oxygen). The hemodynamic condition and electrolytes were monitored during the procedure. The arterial oxygen pressure (PaO2) were monitored during the procedure. The performance and stability of JH—Blood Purification System were monitored during the procedure. Results:There are no significant difference in electrolytes and blood convention pre and post the therapy in the 5 groups(P>0.05),The arterial oxygen pressure(PaO2) have significant difference pre and post the therapy in the 5 groups(P<0.05),but the tendency of the change in experimental group was similar to that of control group(P>0.05);The performance and stability of JH—Blood Purification System were very good during the procedure. Conclusions:Animals with weight in the range between 2.0-3.0kg could keep the balance of fluid and electrolyte during acute respiratory distress syndrome of rabbit model with artificial kidney instead of artificial lung under careful prescription and monitoring.,and undergo with the blood flow of 8ml/min/kg.Basically,JH—Blood Purification System could operate normally,to satisfy the general requirements in neonates.
