Objective:to research the anatomic structure of ductus arteriosus triangular area and to identify the lines, the nerves, the blood vessels distributions and the adjoins of this area. To quantified analyze the important parts and to identify the location marker of the protection of nerves and blood vessels for providing the anatomy accordance for the clinical operations. Materials and Methods:Forty adult cadaver (27males,13females).All the samples are perfect without abnormalities, defects, and other diseases. In the samples, the arterial systems are filled with red foam rubber and the venous systems are filled with blue foam rubber. Then, to observe the following items: the length and the width of anatomic structure ligs, the location features and the anatomy stratifications of stratification of the left ecurrent laryngeal nerve and the left phrenic nerve. Results:1 The left phrenic nerve, vagus nerve and pulmonary artery surround the ductus arteriosus anatomic structure. The length of phrenic nerve is 65.20±8.5mm.The length of vagus nerve is 58.36±5.6mm. The length of pulmonary artery in the ductus arteriosus anatomic structure is 22.58±7.1.An area of ductus arteriosus anatomic structure is 465±56 mm22 ductus arteriosus lig is between the left pulmonary artery and aortic arch inferior wall. The length is 13.56±4.8mm the width is 3.8±0.6mm3 The left recurrent laryngeal nearve is a branch of vagus nerve, in front of aortic arch. It control the muscle of larynx. The length between the branch spot and the artery is 56.26±3.5mm. Among the nerves, 25s is tight to the ductus arteriosus lig. 15s step over the lig, 3 step over the upper one in three lig, 5 step over the middle one in three lig, and 7 step over the down one in three lig.4 In the ductus arteriosus area, the left bronchial artery initiates from the different parts. 4(11%) initiate from aortic arch above the Fourth dorsal vertebra. 34(84%) initiate from the pars descendens aortae among the Fourth ,the fifth and the sixth dorsal vertebra. The other 2 (5%) from Left subclavian artery and intercostal artery.Conclusion:1 The left phrenic nerve , vagus nerve and pulmonary artery surround the ductus arteriosus anatomic structure.2 The rate of the event that the bronchial artery initiates from the descending artery below the ductus arteriosus is irregular.
