The isothermal microcalorimetry is a microcalorimetry and the thermal analysis method.It is widely applied in life sciences research work.Using the modern microcalorimetry technology research tumour cell's growth metabolism,discuss its growth characteristic and discover its metabolism rule,supply all kinds of informations tumor metabolism;simultaneously discuss the medicine to tumor restraint and the tumor thermotherapy as a new method.The microcalorimetry is a focus these days to research tumour cell.The anti-tumor function of resveratrol is remarkable and has Development Prospects.The thesis uses the isothermal micro calorimetry to study anticancer mechanism of resveratrolthe for different tumour cell from thermochemistry angle.It has important theory and the practical application value to obtain reasonable medication measurement.It is hoped that provides one new measuring and the research way for the natural medicine antitumoral effect mechanism's research,creates one kind of development for new medicine as simple and direct method.This paper mainly includes three aspects:1.mensurate the growth and metabolism spectrum of the leukemia cell lines HL-60 at the effect of resveratrol drug,the relationship between a leukemia cell lines HL-60 metabolism and growth and concentration of drug.The results indicated that concentration range of resveratrol from 20μg/mL to 80μg/mL has best inhibitory effect.2.mensurate growth and metabolism of spectrum of the human breast cancer cell line MCF-7 under the resveratrol drug.The results indicated that the concentration of resveratrol in the range of 20μg/mL~60μg/mL,has the best restraint effect.3.mensurate growth and metabolism of thermal power of liver cancer cells in mice under the resveratrol drug.The results indicated that the concentration of resveratrol in the range of 40μg/mL~100μg/mL has obviously inhibitory effect.
