Clinical Research Of Pulmicort Union Terbutaline Atomization Inhale For AECOPD

Objection:to discuss the clinical feature of AECOPD and the clinical application value ofpulmicort union terbutaline inhale atomization to go with conventional therapymaterial and methods1,General condition of the patients:58 patients with definite diagnosed of AECOPD admitted into Shandong Provincial Hospital from December 2005 to December 2007 were enrolled into our study,including 36 males and 22 females, median age 65.2 years(ranged 50-80 years).Other cardiac or pulmonary diseases, such as pulmonary tuberculosis,lithicosis,asthma,bronchiectasis,lung cancer,cardiac disease,cardiac failure and so on,were excluded.They were grouped into 2 groups,groupâ… was experiment group,groupâ…¡were the controlled group.There were no sex,age differences of the two groups.2,Clinical treatment:The patients in groupâ… were given pulmicort at a dose of 1mg/2ml union terbutaline at a dose of 5mg/2ml twice a day on the basis of conventional therapy.The patients in groupâ…¡were only given conventional therapy.All the patients can received symptomatic treatment such as giving drug which can enhance their immunity.Result (1) Utility treatment time:groupâ… average treatment day is 12,groupâ…¡average treatment day is 20.Utility treatment cost:groupâ… average treatment cost 4896yuan,groupâ…¡average treatment cost 4786yuan.(2) the clinical effects of the patients:(3) side effect::1 patients had pharynx oralis unwell,and this adverse effect can avoid by gargle promptly after atomization.No patient had adverse effects such as palpitation,hand shaking and so on.There was no other side effect which could not be treated. Conclusion(1) Union inhale of pulmicort and terbutaline atomized liquid is better than conventional therapy(oxygen inhale,conventional anti-infection,eliminate sputum,spasmolysis,calm wheeze) in that hospital day of patients decurtate,state of the illness relieve quick,cost of hospitalization decrease.(2) Union inhale ofpulmicort and terbutaline atomized liquid has few adverse effect and good safety.
