Internet has penetrated into to the political, cultural, economic, educational, medical, military and other fields from 1995 to the present, and its development dimensions, regional coverage, content contained, service functions has developed swiftly and violently, all sorts of information is continuously increasing and changing in a rapid speed. "The China interconnection network development status statistic report" issued by the China Internet Network Information Center in January 2007 pointed that, Network has become the most important channel to Internet users to access information. Faced with such a large and complex network and the vast information resources, it has become a hot research topic in recent years on how to carry on efficient management, organization health information on the Internet,and use the Internet as an assistant to improve the quality of medical services, and provide concise, easy medical information retrieval service to the general public.[Aim] Gathering information timely, comprehensive and accurate, building hospitals, sections and experts information database, managing information centralized, and using WWW site as a platform to establish a basic model of the national hospital information navigation system, providing one-stop services for medical treatment seekers, practitioners and medical management departments, and at the same time ensuring that the information the public received is accurate, authenticity, integrity, timeliness.[Research Methods] The main study approaches adopted in this paper are the expert consultation and the website investigation. The study object of the expert consultation are experts of three fields on internal hospital management, clinical and network, through questionnaire it collects recommendations and advices brought forward by experts on content setting and technology actualizing of the hospital navigation system, and then educes five main elements of navigation website service after analysis and induce. The study object of the website investigation are 25 domestic and overseas hospital navigation information websites, through the site survey for the richness, diversity, comprehensive of the information on hospitals, sections experts, preventive health knowledge, continuing education and training and navigation strategies etc. we mastered their own desirable places of domestic and overseas hospital information navigation websites,and laid a good foundation for constructing of the hospital information navigation system.[Research Content] Based on the hospital information navigation system as the study object, this paper tries to seek after the come into being, connotation, development course and study content of network information navigation, introduces theoretical basic of the hospital information navigation system, including navigation principles, the content and the basic principles of five navigation system mechanism, two existing strategy of navigation systems, and study to build the collectivity architecture of the hospital information navigation system on the basis of the above, including high-speed LAN consisting of group machines, search engines, extraction and classification of web information, the main information retrieval, navigation correlation services and distributed navigation system.[Conclusion] Through consulting experts and investigating websites, combining our medical health system and the status quo of medical services, and based on grasping the purpose and principles of model building, progressing system collectivity design, system analysis, the columns setting, and dealing with the acquisition information resources by software technology and establishing the core database, we construct the model for the national hospital information navigation structures.Because of the tight schedule, the arduous tasks, the study of the paper is limited in depth and breadth, the establishment of the hospital information navigation system model is a basic framework based the present study, to meet the evolving user needs and keep the same development speed with the Internet is a long-term system project, for example, the introduction of artificial intelligence technology, the establishment of a new classification of network navigation system. In the model constructing process, the software technology adopted in this paper was not studied thoroughly enough, whether it can satisfy the national hospital information navigation system needs needs for further in-depth study. The main innovation of the paper is analyzing the development process, domestic and foreign research and development status, navigation principles, navigation system, navigation strategy of the hospital information navigation system systematically and comprehensive, and redesigning navigation system structure, constructing the hospital information navigation system model, optimizing the user's navigating routes, with a view to accelerating the user's navigating speed, shortening the journey time and improving efficiency in the use of navigation system, and enhancing economic efficiency and social benefits.The establishment of hospital navigation information convenience for patients in seeking health care facilities, and easing the problem of " see a doctor expensively, see a doctor with difficulty " in a certain extent; provides industry information to medical practitioners, a platform for the exchange of academic and continuing education; offers a platform for medical management departments to standardize the industry management, to optimize and conformity health care resources as well as strict industry-access system, promoting the medical industry developing healthily and rapidly; offers a platform for exchange among hospitals, facilitates the hospitals sharing of medical resources and further improving the quality of health care services to afford better services for medical treatment seekers. Hospital information navigation system needs further enrich its core database, integrating and consummating the system's overall function, meets the multi-different needs of the patient, practitioners and managers sufficiently.
