Experimental Study Of The Effect Of Heweiliqifang On Treating FD

ObjectiveTo investigate the express of the motilin,sp in experimental animal plasma and Gastrin in experimental animal serum. To investigate the influnces of Heweiliqifang(HWLQF) on the gastric hormone of the Ganweibuhe FD rats,and to discuss the mechanism .To select the best among HWLQF containing three different dose respective1y.MethodsMake Ganweibuhe FD animal model. Radioimmunoas-say method was used to determine motilin and sp in experimental animal plasma ,and Gastrin in experimental animal serum respectively.Resultthe level of motilin,sp and Gastrin of Ganweibuhe FD animal model was lowwer.Compared with negative control,the level of motilin,sp and Gastrin of all kinds of HWLQF was significantly improved(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between HWLQF and Domperidone(P>0. 05) as well as among different dose of of HWLQF (P>0. 05). However HWLQF markedly increased the plasma sp .The values were significantly greater than Domperidone(P<0. O1).ConclutionIn this experiment, Ganweibuhe FD animal model was founded successfully.There was definite relationship between FD and gastric hormone inbalance.Heweiliqifang can improve plasma motilin,sp and serum Gastrin effectively,and to improve gastrointestinal motility, but dose-response relationship is not noted. The mechanism of improving gastric hormone of HWLQF is due to the nerve endocrine system control.
