The Clinical Research Of The Impact On The Bone Metabolism Index In Qiangguyin Treatment Primary Osteoporosis

Objective To investigate the clinical results of improving function of the Qianguyin on the quality of the bone in the primary osteoporosis through the observe of clinical research.Methods to demand the improve effects of the bone after the results of drug feed.Point of results by observe the clinical efficacy,the clinical symptom assessment, bone mineral density(BMD),and bone metabolism.Observed the impact on the bone metabolism index in Qianguyin treatment primary osteoporosis.Methods The clinical research:99 patients,aged 45-82 years old;from 2007.1 to 2008.1,TypeⅠand TypeⅡprimary osteoporosis accounting for 50 percent each,were observed by randomly divided into experimental group(Qiguyin group) and the control 1(Fosamax group),the control group 2(Xianlinggubao group),each of the 33 cases.The methods of observation:the experimental group given Qiguyin 1 dose everyday,taking in morning and evening,3 months as a course of treatment,then discontinuation for two weeks,after health examination has no abnormalities,continue next course of treatment,the control 1 group given Fosamax 70mg every week,3 months as a course of treatmetn, after health examination has no abnormalities,continue next course of treatment;the control 2 group given Xianlinggubao capsule 2 times per day,each time take 3 capsules,1.5g,six weeks as a course of treatment, then discontinuation for two weeks,after health examination has no abnormalities,continue next treatment.All of the groups given 12 months treatment.The standards of clinical efficacy and parameters:①According to the TCM new drug guide book.②Clinical syndrome assessment was judged by the questionnaires of the clinical syndrome.③Physical and chemical indexes include:before and after 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months of drug taking,the value of ultrasonic bone density measure the right of the distal radius,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of serum bone specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP),serum type collagen C-terminal peptide(Crosslaps), serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRACP5b),urinary pyridinoline(PYD), urinary deoxypyridinoline(DPD),(urinary DPD,PYD value correct by urinary creatinine value).Results After we compared the point of all the 99 patients of primary osteoporosis by experimental group and control group and made the conclusion of results.The experimental group effectual ratio of treatment was 78.8%,compared with control 1 group(total effectual ratio was 46.9%),control 2 group(total effectual ratio was 51.6%),has statistical significance(P＜0.01).In BMD,the experimental group compared with control group,has statistical significance(P＜0.05).After taking drugs 1m,the treatment group BALP,Crosslaps,TRACP5b,PYD/Cr,DPD/Cr value obviously descent(P＜0.05);After 3m,(P＜0.01),it had in normal value. After 6m,the experimental group compared with control 1 group,has statistical significance(P＜0.05).After 12m,the experimental group compared with control group,has statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Qianguyin can improve the clinical symptoms of primary osteoporosis patients,promote the bone mineral density,inhibit excessive bone metabolis,but has little effect on normal bone metabolism.Thereby it prventing bone lose,increase bone mass,enhance bone quality.It has some practical value on the treatment of primary osteoporosis and deserved promotion of use.Subject words QiangGuYin,primary osteoporosis,bone metabolism index,bone density...
