Use SPSS 13.0 to analyze the checked data. Chi square test, t test, rank sum test and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the statistic of survey .Results A total of 1 000 MSM were interviewed. Their average age was 27.8±9.1. Knowing the correct rate to the relevant problems of AIDS was 43.9%. In the past 6 months, 70.7% had 2 or more than 2 male sex partners, 54.9% had unprotected anal intercourse with men, 7.9% had commercial sex with men and 24.4% had sex with women.
