By analyzing, we find that the morbidity is 10%～15% of the ecumenic wound shock, however, it is 25%～30% in the High-tech local wars, even it can exceed 40%,and the mortality can reach 32.6%～59.5%. With the steady improvement of rescue technique, we catch lots of new opinions on the treatment of wound shock,and many innovatory techniques accepted gradually and rifely by researchers.Due to the changes of the rule of occurring, and the development of the techniques, there must be a evident amelioration on the mode of rescue. So, wo cansay that, shock is a new research with long history.According to the retrospect of war data, we find that: the hemorrhagic shock is in the highest flight of wound shock,especially in the Regiment aid station and Division hospital, where is the principal cause of died of wounds. During the remeding, there're some inadequacy like that: fisrt, the opportunity of sorting of the sick and wound is inappropriate, and there is not being a uniform criterion; second, some remedies do not follow the Theory of time-effect treatment, even much of them are repetitive; third, there is not being a canonical rescuring process, and the resource distributed inconsequently. As the focus of the hemo-rrhagic shock alloways being the rescure of single wound or the reformation of technique and furnishment, furthermore, some of us ignore the significance of the organizing and managing, as well as the pattern of rescuring. All of them could make against to our rescure of wounds.The study is instructed by the idea of Standardized Theory and Theory of time-effect treatment, we have discussed the standardization of the reacuing process of hemorrhagic shock, coordinated the measure of rescure, study the rescuring process of rescure of hemorrhagic shockers. We can say that, it could drivedeveloping to our rescue of wounds.
