Clinical Research On Treating The Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With The BaoFuKangShuan

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bao Fu Kang Shuan on the chronic Pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID),and then discuss the mechanism of effect.Methods:Divided 90 patients into two groups,according to the principle of random, equilibrium and contrast:the treatment group(Bao fu kang shuan) contained 45 cases,and the contrast group(huo luo xiao ling dan) contained 45 cases.From beginning to end during the treatment observe and sign the changes of the clinical symptoms and measure the levels of TNF-a of the blood plasma.Result:1,The total effective rate of the treatment group and the contrast group were 95.6%and 97.8%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(p＞0.05).2,There was significant difference between the syndrome and physical sign of CPID patient before and after treatment of each group(p＜0.01).By contrast,the treatment group is better than the contrast group on reducing the unusual leucorrhea(p＜0.05).3,By contrast,there was significant difference between the level of TNF-a before and after treatment of each group(p＜0.05).And there was no significant difference between the level of TNF-a after treatment of the two groups(p＞0.05).4,The curative effect of the treatment group has no clearly correlation with the patient age and disease length(p＞0.05),but disease situation(p＜0.05).In a word,the lighter the condition is,the better is the curative effect.The more serious the condition is,the worse is curative effect.Conclusions:BaoFuKangShuan has the effect of clearing heat and detoxify,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.There is better therapeutic curative effect to apply it to treat CPID(The blood stasis and heat union),especially in relieve the unusual leucorrhea. And can cut down the level of TNF-a effectively.
