| Objective: Investigate the response of the patients with severe obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) patients to combination of continue positive airway pressure (CPAP)and ambulatory blood pressure treatment , the same surgeon operated on them all , using electrotome. Methods: With the use of polysomnography, 252 snorers were examined and divided into control groups and treatment groups. Meanwhile, with the use of continuous Holter ECG and blood pressure measurement. the control groups were treated with underpressure preoperative; the treatment groups were treated with continue positive airway pressure and blood pressure controled in perioperative period and using electrotome in the operation .Results : The least volume of bleed was the treatment groups with severe OSAHS suffered from primary hemorrhage, and none suffered from secondary hemorrhage(p<0. 01). Especially when monitored in ICU after general anaesthesia operation, patients suffered from primary hemorrhage without vital functional change. Conclusion:The peri-surgery-period management of patients with severe OSAHS is quite important, and in case of patients with malfunctioning heart and abnormal blood pressure, besides internal medicine management, positive airway pressure therapy or tracheotomy can be chosen as an aid. The controlling drug during operations , and postoperative sleep and blood pressure controlling in ICU is especially important. |
