The Study Of Dependability Between The Content Of Bilirubin And Heme Oxygenase In The Rheumatic Heart Disease Patient's Blood With Coronary Artery Process

Objective:to analyze the patients with rheumatic heart disease,the patients with rheumatic heart disease and coronary artery disease,the patients with coronary artery disease,the normal blood's heme oxygenase express score in monocytes,bilirubin, triglyceride,cholesterin and etCo to research if there is variability between four groups,if there is effectiveness on nosogenesis of rheumatic heart disease with coronary artery disease。Methods:selecting 20 patients(2007.5—2007.7)of the affiliated hospital of qingdao medical college who had suffered from valve replacement and coronary angiography(the patients with rheumatic heart disease and coronary artery disease,one or two coronary arteries stenosis≥75%),the 20 cases with rheumatic heart disease, the 20 cases with coronary artery disease,the 20 cases of normal.Routinely testing the bilirubin,triglyceride,cholesterin and etc.testing the heme oxygenase express score in monocytes by immunohistochemistry.Comparing the means with Q-test, testing the mean of two simples t-test.,testing the mean of cases with changed electrocardiogram,chest pain with t-test.P=0.05 is statistical significanceResults:bilirubin contentin in blood of the group with rheumatic heart disease (31.72±9.31umol/L) is evidently higher than the group with rheumatic heart disease and coronary artery disease(17.54±8.93 umol/L),also predominancely higher than the group with coronary artery disease(7.69±3.27 umol/L) and the normal group (5.53±1.84 umol/L)(P=0.05).the heme oxygenase express score in monocytes of the group with rheumatic heart disease(4.5±0.5) is evidently higher than the group with rheumatic heart disease and coronary artery disease(2.5±0.5),also predominancely higher than the group with coronary artery disease(0) and the normal group(0)(P=0.05).the triglyceride and cholesterin of the group with coronary artery disease are predominancely highest among the four groups,it cues when the subject suffers the same risk factor as hyperlipemia and hypso- cholesterin,the incidence rate of coronary artery process will increase evidently.Conclusion:when the patiens suffers rheumatic heart disease,the incidence rate of coronary artery process will decrease,highly express of the heme oxygenase in bllod and bilirubin content may be the protective factors.
