Preliminary Study On Associativity Of ABO Blood Group And Lines Of The Hand Of Korean And Han-People In Yanbian China

Background:Lines of the hand is one of the biology characteristics of human constitution,which have individual specificity,lifetime invariance,generation heritage and conspicuous differences among race and nation,show the various trait because to received multiple gene control,the same as ABO blood group,both them shaped in morning of embryonic development,will not changed after commitment.Because of specificity and constancy of blood type and dermatoglyph,made them to be an important target of heredity study,to be take the more and more reconstruction in clinical diagnosis,criminal appreciation,appreciation relative,human behaviors genetics and constitution anthropology.Objective:Pass through the parametric analysis of ABO blood group and lines of the hand of Korean and Han-people in YanBian china,to investigate it's associativity.Run variable comparison btween Korean and Han-people.Methods:Randomly Investigated 400 undergraduate students of clinical subject of YanBian University,korean and Han-people are each 200 students,ad rationem of male and female is 1:1,ages from 18 to 24,had no family history hereditary disease, the personal phenotype is healthy.Collected boy or girl friend's fingerprint and palm print both right and left by direct observation by magnifier and press by Inkpad.We examined fingerprint pattern,finger print ridge count,type of palm print and decrement sequence of every type of fingerprint,calculated ridge and total ridge count (TRC) by methods of Chinese Dermatoglyph Investigation Group,and measured atd angles by conimeter.Through detection the objectors' ABO blood group,statistics analyses,to observe the association between them.Then run comparison of between them.Results:Disposition frequency of ABO blood group of Korean is B＞A＞O＞AB, disposition frequency of ABO blood group of Han-people is B＞A＞O＞AB,there is no significant difference between them(P＞0.05).Frequency of arch,loop,whorl of Korean is 38.65%,56.10%,2.75%,frequency of arch,loop,whorl of Han-people is 48.25%,48.65%,4.10%, there is significant difference between them(P＜0.05).Fingerprint frequency of korean A,B,O,AB blood type is Lu＞W＞Lr＞A,fingerprint frequency of korean A,B,O,AB blood type is W＞Lu＞Lr＞A,there is significant difference between them(P＜0.05). Disposition of total ridge count(TRC) in korean A,B,O,AB blood type are 150.81±30.11,151.61±25.16,152.47±25.99,146.70±22.44,disposition of total ridge count(TRC) in Han-people A,B,O,AB blood type are 153.78±42.46,156.31±24.55,152.28±20.78,150.68±31.28,there is no significant difference between them(P＞0.05). Disposition of ridge line count(a-bRC) in korean A,B,O,AB blood type are 78.37±5.76,78.29±3.89,78.18±5.40,77.11±5.90,disposition of ridge line count (a-bRC) in Han-people A,B,O,AB blood type are 79.79±6.37,79.12±5.65,79.25±8.70,84.06±5.98,there is no significant difference between them(P＞0.05). distribution of actual varlely percentage of dermatoglyphlc patterns of palm frequency of different blood type of korean and Han-people in I₃,I₄ area both are I₄＞I₃,there is no significant difference between them(P＞0.05 ).Atd angles in korean A,B,O,AB blood type are 45.30±3.71,44.36±3.26,44.87±3.85,43.78±3.73,atd angles inHan-people A,B,O,AB blood type are 43.28±3.96,43.34±3.65,42.50±3.30,41.35±2.06,there is no significant difference between them(P＞0.05),most type of palm print in Korean and Han-people is popular type(95.00%),little of them is variation(5.00%). Parameter of between blood type and lines of the hand had not statistically significant, had no associativity(P＞0.05).Conclusion:1.Disposition regularity of each blood type in Korean and Han-people had no signifficant different.2.Distribution of lines of the hand in Korean had its group specificity,had different compare with Han-people.3.Fingerprint frequency of Korean and Han-people A,B,O,AB blood type had signifficant differce,lines of the hand had character and regularity in A,B,O,AB blood type,Parameter of between blood type and lines of the hand had not statistically significant,had no associativity.
