The Clinical And Experimental Study On Diabetic Myocardium Injury Of Huanglian Detoxification Decoction

Purpose:The article,based on thinking way of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), explore the effect and possible therapeutic mechanisms of Huanglian Detoxification Decoction on Diabetic myocardium injury through theory,clinical and experiment aspect. And as we know,Huanglian Detoxification Decoction is the classical traditionl Chinese Medicine of heat-clearing and detoxicating.Method:1.Animal experiments:we using Goto-Kakisaki Wistar rats(GK rates),observe the effect of Huanglian Detoxification Decoction on inflammatory factor,collagen system and Histopathology of rat myocardium; 2.clinical experiment:we observe the effect of 40 Diabetic Cardiomyopathy patients. Results:Huanglian Detoxification Decoction could depress the myocardial inflammatory activity which is caused by nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) participating and could reverse myocardial fibrosis of annormal collagen expression in GK rats myocardium. Huanglian Detoxification Decoction could decrease the levels of blood lipids of Diabetic Cardiomyopathy patients.The total effectual rate to 40 Diabetic Cardiomyopathy patients reach at 85%,and the total effectual rate to Chinese Medicinal symbol reach at 80%. Conclusions:Huanglian Detoxification Decoction,most using for heat-clearing and detoxicating,could prevent and reverse Diabetic myocardium injury.From therapeutic aspect it prove that heart net from heat poison hurt is the important pathogenesis of Diabetic Cardiomyopathy.
