The Clinical Study Of Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(CPID) With FuQingYin

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and security of FuQingYin on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(CPID)with damp heat and blood Stasis.Methods:We selected 60 patients suffering from CPID and devided them randomly into treated group(30 cases,treated with FuQingYin) and contrast group(30 cases,treated with Fukejing Capsule). After treatment the improvements of clinical symptoms and the changes in the blood rheology,CA₁₂₅,the level of IL-2,TNF-αand the size of the accessory inflammatory mass were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate is 90.00%in the treated group,while it is 66.67%in the contrast group,there is significant difference between them (P＜0.05).By means of improving symptoms,the curative rate in the treated group is 93.33%and 66.67%in the contrast group.Analyzed with statistic method,they are significantly different(P＜0.05).The treated group excelled the contrast group in improving part of the indexes of blood rheology and the level of IL-2,TNF-α,minishing the size of the inflammatory mass and reducing CA₁₂₅ levels(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conelusions: FuQingYin is effectivein the treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(CPID) with damp heat and blood stasis,the effect may be achieved through improving the condition of high condensation in blood and rectifying unbalanced immunity.
