Objective:To study the cardiovascular complications and regularity of its TCM syndromes of non-dialysis chronic renal failure(CRF) patients. Methods:Through clinical research,we collected patients' basic instances, clinical symptom, document correlated with cardiovascular disease(CVD)and correlative laboratory indexes, and diagnosed TCM syndromes on basis of syndrome diagnose standard.Through statistics,we studied the relations among above indexes and regularity of TCM syndromes. Results:The total incidence was 66.32%in non-dialysis CRF patients;diabetic CRF were more vulnerable to induce CVD than non-diabetic CRF in earlier period of CRF.To non-diabetic CRF,with the worsening of renal function,CVD increased; The incidences of male and famale weren't have difference.Yin-yang deficiency and spleen-kidney yang-deficiency were more vulnerable to induce CVD,with dampness-heat and blood-stasis at most.CVD group had larger anasarca proportion than non-CVD group.amphi-sthenia syndromes had higher incidence of CVD than single sthenia syndromes.Hypertensive, lower ALB,higher PTH and anemia may indicate higher incidenceof CVD.Conclusion:Non-dialysis CRF patients had high incidence of CVD.The CVD were based upon CRF,which finally progressed to yin-yang declination, and amphi-sthenia factors accelerated this process.Hypertensive, lower ALB,higher PTH and anemia maybe risk factors of cardiovascular complications.
