Clinical Research On Soothing Liver And Clearing Liver Fire Soup Treating Essential Hypertension

Objective:To explore a new therapeutic method for essential hypertension through the clinical research on essential hypertension with the treatment soothing liver,promoting qi and clearing liver fire.Methods:Sixty Patients of EH were divided into curative group (30 cases) and collating group(30 cases) at random.The curative group was treated by Lotensin and Soothing Liver and Clearing Liver Fire Soup while the collating group was treated by Lotensin and Niu Huang AntihyPertension Pill.Four weeks was a course of treatment.The changes of blood pressure,cholesterol,triglyceride,fasting blood glucose, blood fluxion and variety were observed before and after treatment.Results:Compared with collating group,Soothing Liver and Clearing Liver Fire Soup has obvious effect on lowering the blood Pressure(BP),restoring blood Pressure circadian rhythm,improving the general symptoms,regulating lipid and reducing blood plasma viscosity (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The Soothing Liver and Clearing Liver Fire Soup is a group of effective prescription on treating EH.
