Objective: To explore the relationship between the asthenia syndrome and objective indexes together with the distribution rules of asthenia syndrome in mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(MsPGN), Provide reference for curing MsPGN with traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice.Methods: Adopting syndrome factor differentiation to study the relation between asthenia syndrome and objective indexes in seventy-eight asthenia syndrome patients from one hundred MsPGN patients.Results:1 The background and distribution rules of asthenia syndrome in MsPGN: The survey data indicates that the deficiency-excess complication is the most, some manifest themselves with pure asthenia syndrome. Asthenia-sthenia syndrome is more than asthenia syndrome with sthenia. In this foundation, analyzing the concrete syndrome manifests that qi asthenia syndrome is the most, yin-yang deficiency syndrome is the least, qi-yin deficiency syndrome is more than yang deficiency syndrome and yang-qi deficiency syndrome which is amount to yang deficiency syndrome.2 The ill location of qi asthenia syndrome in MsPGN: As far as the survey data is concerned, the integrals of syndrome factor in kidney is the highest, spleen is secondly, both of which have significant difference, the integrals of kidney and spleen compare significant difference with that of heart, liver, lung.3 The relationship between asthenia syndrome and the extent of the damage in glomerulus tubules and interstitium: Deficiency-excess complication and asthenia syndrome classified in this foundation are irrelevant to the extent of the damage in glomerulus , relevant to which in tubules and interstitium. Qi asthenia syndrome is higher than yang-qi deficiency syndrome and yin-yang deficiency syndrome; As far as triglyceride is concerned, asthenia-sthenia syndrome is higher than pure asthenia syndrome, qi asthenia syndrome is highest comparing with yin deficiency syndrome, qi-yin deficiency syndrome and yin-yang deficiency syndrome.5 The relationship between asthenia syndrome and protein in blood and urine in MsPGN: As far as the survey data is concerned, the numerical value of total protein and albumin in qi asthenia syndrome and qi-yin deficiency syndrome are much lower than other asthenia syndrome. As far as urokinase protein is concerned, qi asthenia syndrome loses more comparing with yin deficiency syndrome, yang-qi deficiency syndrome, yin-yang deficiency syndrome.6 The relationship between asthenia syndrome and IgG,C3 in blood: As far as the survey data is concerned, the numerical value of IgG in asthenia-sthenia syndrome is lower than which in asthenia syndrome with sthenia and pure asthenia syndrome, the numerical value of IgG in asthenia syndrome groups are at the below edge of normal value. As far as C3 is concerned, yang deficiency syndrome is the lowest comparing with qi asthenia syndrome, yin deficiency syndrome, yang-qi deficiency syndrome.Conclusions:1 Majority of asthenia syndrome manifests itself in deficiency-excess complication, pure asthenia syndrome is rare. It is of significance to cure MsPGN from kidney and spleen especially kidney in clinical practice.3 Asthenia in origin indicates the light or heavy diseases in MsPGN. As far as the damage in renal is concerned, yang-qi deficiency syndrome and yin-yang deficiency syndrome are relatively serious, which conform to the characteristics of kidney pathological mechanism in MsPGN.4 As far as the higher cholesterol and triglyceride levels is concerned, the influence factor of asthenia is less than sthenia. Qi asthenia syndrome correlates closely to the higher cholesterol level.5 Among the asthenia syndrome groups in MsPGN, Qi asthenia syndrome and qi-yin deficiency syndrome correlate closely to hypoproteinaemia and numerous urokinase protein comparing with other asthenia syndrome.6 The IgG depositing in kidney is probable slower during the period of asthenia syndrome in MsPGN.
