It is well known to all that with the decline of ovary function, most women who are round perimenopausal period appear the menopause symptom of different degree by future reunion, that effect work and daily life. In order to improve life quality of middle age and old people life quality and alleviate menopause symptom, clinical up have already started to use hormone replacement therapy (HRT).The estrogen is endogenous active material that maintains women's normal physiology and mental state essentially .In the central nervous system , it not only effect neural circuit of generation ,influence generation, but also effect the neural circuit of cognition function influence study and memory. In order to study origin mechanism about neuroprotective effect of estrogen. This experiment spay rabbits as model of women who are in perimenopausal period..Then after HRT to observe express of nNOS and Synaptophysin in rabbit brain . All this research work will provide the gist of the study of nervous system disease, especially the study of the physiology of nervous pathology.Test one:The immune cell chemical method(SABC) is adopted to sdudy the morphology changing of nNOS-positive neurons in in PVN,SON,AHA and SCN of female rabbit hypothalamus under light microscope following ovariectomy and estrogen replenish.
