The Clinical Analysis Of Cardiac Involvement In Polymyositis Or Dermatomyositis

Objective To assess the features of diversified cardiac involvement in polymyositis or dermatomyositis(PM/DM),therapy and prognosis.And to investigate the possible risk of cardiac involvement.Methods:Collecting medical records of 106 impatients with PM/DM and analyzing the prevalence and the type of cardiac involvement,then explore the possible risk factors by the multiple factor regression analysis.Results:The incidence of cardiac involvement was 42.5%,including myocardial ischemia,arrhythmia,myocardial injury,pericarditis,valve disorder,pulmonary hypertension,limbs low voltage etc.Logistic regression analysis suggested that ESR was the possible risk factor of cardiac involvement.Conclusions:Cardiac involvement is a usual multiplicity and complication of PM/DM;and treating the cardiac complications promptly and effectively will improve the prognosis of these patients;the increase of ESR is one of the possible risk of cardiac involvement and it is not associated with age,sex,duration of PM/DM.
