Through the literature excavation and the deep analysis, the topic took large intestine physiological pathology as a breakthrough point, explored correlation of seasonal febrile diseases and large intestine pathology. Thought large intestine no longer was traditional organ in conduction draffy way, but also it was very rich in some connect, especially in seasonal febrile diseases. Large intestine related to human body qi. Turbidity-qi of five-zang was excreted by large intestine, then the spleen ascended and the stomach descended, the lung regularized and the liver bore the dispersion. Warm evils always entered yang-ming through the mouth, nose and skin. From shangjiao to xiajiao, toxic heat flourished, body fluid injured, constipation and accumulation of Yang-heat failed to go out. While obstruction of large intestine qi hindered the qi movement of body, which both aggravated other internal organs functionality and caused warm evils invade. It was important that large intestine qi were unobstructed or not in seasonal febrile diseases. The methods of tong-fu were used to clear heat, clean the stomach and intestines, adjust human body qi and have the evil to outlet. In order to achieve the best efficacy, the law of tong-fu could combine with other methods of freeing lung, resuscitating, straightening healthy energy, activating blood and so on.
