The Clinical Research On Yinchai Decoction Promoting The Restoration Of Choledocholith With Hepatic Function Damage

Objective:YinChai decoction through the mechanism of Research and Clinical Observation,and explore improvement of Gholedocholith with hepatic dysfunction treatment.Methods:42 patients after the Choledocholith surgery,who were divided into the treating group and the control group randomly,and two groups all were given the conventional anti-infection,the make-up water electrolyte.The treating group(22)was treated to drink Yinchai decoction after the Choledocholith surgery everyday.One week was a treatment course and observed three treatment courses continuously.In treatment period envies the smoke,the liquor and pungent food.To observe the patient's hepatic function improvement situation.And to determine the 5th,7th,14th,21th day of patient's hepatic function after the Choledocholith surgery,to determine the 5th day of patient's Endotoxin.To observe the Clinical Symptom of Traditional Chinese medicine and to score.Results:Jaundice subsided,the body temperature back to normal time and hepatic function improved significantly,the treatment group and the control group were significantly different(P＜0.05).2.The clinical symptoms and signs of Traditional Chinese medicine scoring of the 7th,14th,21th day after the Choledocholith surgery,the treatment group and the control group were significantly different(P＜0.05).3.The patients with Yinchai decoction had non-toxic side effect and complication occurrence.Conclusions:1.The time of Jaundice subsided,the body temperature back to normal and the hepatic function improved when the patients with the treatment of taking Yinchai decoction was ahead of no taking.2.Yinchai decoction enabled patients with Chinese medicine clinical symptoms and signs improved obviously.
