Objective:To explore the theoretical basis on the Treatment of RA from the p oint of the liver and spleen.To verify the important significance of imbalance betw een liver and spleen in the pathogenesis of RA from the clinical point,and to cons truct the syndrome group of the liver and spleen disorders,rheumatoid endogenous initially.Methods:Through the sum-up of the literature treating the rheumatoid summ ation from liver and spleen,and combined with modern medical research,this thesi e states the close relationship between the disorders of liver and spleen and the occ urrence,development and vesting of RA,and provides a theoretical basis for treating RA from liver and spleen.To analysis the impact of liver and spleen imbalance on the incidence,development and vesting of RA,and to construct the syndrome grou p of the liver and spleen disorders,rheumatoid endogenous initially through clinical epidemiological investigation.Results:The results verify that the disorders of the li ver and spleen is an important part in the incidence,development and vesting of R A.The syndrome group of liver and spleen disorders,rheumatoid endogenous consist ent with the hypothesis.Conclusions:The liver and spleen disorders is a potential f actor for the incidence of rheumatoid arthritis.The liver and spleen disorders,rheu matoid endogenous is an important part in the incidence,development and vesting of RA.The establishment of Syndrome group of liver and spleen disorders,rheuma toid endogenous on the Treatment of RA provides a dialectical basis for the treatm ent of RA.
