Discussing About The Relativity Between The Rules Of Differentiation Of Symptoms And Signs Of TNM And The Image Of The Color Doppler Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands

Object:To filter the clinic target which is characteristic of differentiation of symptoms and signs of hyperplasia of mammary glands,probe into the rule of differentiation of symptoms and sign,study the relativity between the differentiation of symptoms and signs and the manifestation of the color Doppler,provide the objective basis of iconography for the differentiation of symptoms and signs.Method:gathering the clinic datum of 160 patients of hyperplasia of mammary glands,which are divided into stagnation of the liver-qi,accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,and disharmony between chong and ren,and examined by color Doppler.Analyzing the relativity between the general datum,symptoms and signs and the differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM.Making statistics and analyzing the relativity between the pattern of syndrome of TCM of hyperplasia of mammary glands,the characteristics of the image of color Doppler and the targets of blood stream dymamics.Result:fussy,swoller pain can be found in stagnation of the liver-qi much more;stab can be found in accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis much more;secret anguish or indolence can be found in disharmony between chong and ren,it can be found in disharmony between chong and ren much more without the history of lactation;it can be found in stagnation of the liver-qi and accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis much more without the history of the diseases of breast and department of gynecology.During the targets of color Doppler,the thickness of gland,maximum blood flow speed in period of contruction are largest in the accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis.The drag index of blood flow are largest in the accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis.The gland thickness is most thin in the disharmony between chong and ren..Conclusion:fussy,swoller pain,secret anguish or indolence,the history of lactation and the history of the diseasesare of breast and department of gynecology are the marked target of differentiation of symptoms and signs of TNM.The thickness of gland,maximum blood flow speed in period of contruction and the drag index of blood flow Can be the objective targets of differentiation of symptoms and signs of TNM in hyperplasia of mammary glands.
