Clinical Research On GU-BEN-HUA-ZHUO TANG In Treating Primary Asymptomatic Hyperuricemia

Aim:To discuss the therapeutic effects to treat the Primary asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients with deficiency of the Spleen-kidney and Retention of phlegm-dampness after taking GU-BEN-HUA-ZHUO TANG,so as to provide mechanism.Methods:equally randomized 60 Primary asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients with Deficiency of the Spleen-kidney and Retention of phlegm-dampness into 2 groups,they are:treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were raked GU-BEN-HUA-ZHUO TANG,the patients in control group were taked Benzene bromine Ma Long capsules.After parting clinical research and contrastive therapeutic effects on clinical symptom; blood-Uric Acid level.Results:The total availability of treatment group was 93.3%and the control group was 76.7%.They had remarkable difference in total clinical effects(P＜0.05).The treated group had an obviously better effect on improving clinical symptom(P＜0.05).Conclusion:GU-BEN-HUA-ZHUO TANG is effective for the Primary asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients with Deficiency of the Spleen-kidney and Retention of phlegm-dampness.
