Study Of The Influence To Students' Performances With Laparoscopic Video Data In Anatomy Teaching

Objective To study the influence to students' performances with laparoscopic video data in anatomy teaching.Methods 160 students were classificated into two groups at random. The trial group watched the laparoscopic video data before they took conventional anatomy courses .The control group took traditional anatomy teaching. Evaluation of students about two methods of teaching and thought of the application of laparoscopic video data in anatomy teaching were mastered by questionnaires.Result 1. There were significant differences in the performances of anatomy between the trial group (84.43±6.38) and the contrast group (70.56±4.82) (p<0.05).2. In the trial group there were 68 students thought that the application of laparoscopic video data could enhance the interest of study, 53 students thought it could increase the efficiency of study, 66 students insisted that it conduce to memory of knowledge, 74 students thought it could widen the face of knowledge ,70 students suggested it could enhance the comprehensive capability of analysis. The corresponding number of the contrast group was 40,20,38,35,46.There were significant differences in two groups(p<0.05).3. After the second questionnaire, there are 127 students expressed that they liked it greatly. 142 Students insisted that it could get the similar results of conventional teaching. 152 students thought it could substitute the old teaching form. 150 Students thought that it's necessary to add laparoscopic video data to anatomy teaching.Conclusions 1. The effect of the anatomy teaching form which combines laparoscopic video data with the conventional anatomy is better than simple traditional teaching form.2. The application of laparoscopic video data could enhance the interest of study, increase the efficiency of study, conduce to memory of knowledge, widen the face of knowledge and the comprehensive capability better than the conventional form.3. It's feasible to apply laparoscopic video data in anatomy teaching, the combination of two forms is good for the reform of anatomy teaching.
