At first, I define the meaning, quality and social position of the state-owned nonprofitable hospitals and their medical purposes, analyze the current situation and existing problems of the development of management of nonprofit hospitals home and abroad. Then, on base of it, I emphatically discuss how the state-owned nonprofitable hospitals, in the current situation, reform the internal operating mechanism, initiatively adapting to the requirements of the market economy system, our health and medical community system and medical insurance system, and how they set up the corpus pattern of operating management, and form the suppositional supply-demand relations in hospitals, and improve the quality of medical serves, decrease the business cost and realize the purpose of increasing the complex beneficial results by some efficient encouraging methods. At the same time, I also point out the responsibility and countermeasure of government on ensuring that the state-owned nonprofitable hospitals develop rapidly, according to the scientific view of development.
