Objective:To assess the clinical value of the levels of the plasma BNP and CD62P in CHD。Methods: 105 patients who accepted coronary angiography were enrolled randomly, CHD was diagnosed by at least one stenosis extent≥50% in three main coronary artery, Blood samples from all patients were taken before PCI, part of them were taken after PCI again,32 patients with acute myocardial infarction(group AMI), 32 patients with unstable angina (group UA), 21 patients with stable angina (group SA), and 20 with normal CAG results (group C).The BNP and CD62P plasma concentration were measured through ELISA and flow cytometry(FCW) respectively。Results: 1.The plasma levels of BNP (282.63±41.91pg/ml VS 13.86±4.00pg/ml, P<0.05)and CD62P(9.42±3.58% VS 3.32±1.36% P<0.05)raised obviously , compared with group C 2.The different type of CHD, the plasma levels of BNP and CD62P were significiant difference(F=21.5,13.6 P<0.01),especially group AMI.3. Compared with Pre- And Pro-Coronary Intervention, the plasma levels of BNP(449.17±72.16pg/ml VS 274.23±53.18 pg/ml,t=4.56,P=0.003) and CD62P (8.51±2.84% VS 10.60±2.32% , t=2.06,P=0.034 ) were significiant difference 4.Pearson analysis showed: the levels of BNP were positively correlated with hs-CRP (r=0.62,P<0.01) and CD62P(r=0.23,P<0.05),and was negatively correlated with LVEF(r=-0.42,P<0.01);the level of CD62P was positively correlated with hs-CRP(r=0.33, P<0.05)and no correlated with LVEF(r=0.13,P>0.05).5 Both of the hs-CRP and LVEF were independently correlated with BNP in multiple linear regression(β=0.609 and -0.412 respectively, P<0.01).6. The levels of BNP(198.56±50.69mg/ml,362.11±96.91 mg/ml,358.98±86.75mg/ml,P>0.05) and CD62P (9.02±0.68%,8.92±0.86%,10.50±0.45%,P>0.05) in the three groups according to number of coronary artery stenosis were both no significiant. Conclusion:1. BNP and CD62P participate in the occurrence and development of CHD, and they both may reflect the coronary inflammation state and be correlated with the instability of plaque, which give some guide significance to diagnosis,treatment and risk stratification in CHD.2. The state of inflammation and left ventricular function are the main relevant factors of BNP.
