Objective:To observe the effects Ling Gui Longmu particles on the mice model with viral myocarditis.To investigate its therapeutic action and mechanism of action on viral myocarditis,for clinical treatment and prevention of viral myocarditis in children and provide a theoretical basis.Method:Balb/c mice injected B3m Coxsackie virus,the establishment of animal models of viral myocarditis.120 Balb/c mice were divided into three groups:the model group(n=40)the Chinese Medicines Board(n= 40)control group(n=40).7,14,21 days after treatment in the light microscope,electron microscopy observation mouse cardiac pathological changes in shape and ultrastructure;3 days,7 days by immunohistochemical method of myocardial cells in the ERK1/2 expression;7,21 days after treatment using flow cytometry peripheral blood CD4~+ T,CD8~+ T cells in calculated CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio.Results:1.Pathological form of the treatment group than the model change slightly.2.Conferring the normal group,the model group myocardial ERK1/2 expression were significantly increased compared with the model,the treatment group myocardial ERK1/2 expression was significantly lower(P<0.01).3.To compare the control group,the 7 days model CD4~+ cells were significantly lower(P<0.01),the model group CD8~+ cells was significantly higher(P<0.01),CD4~+/CD8~+ decreased significantly(P<0.01);to compare 7 days model group,the 7 days treatment group CD4~+ cells was significantly higher(P<0.01),CD8~+ cells were significantly decreased(P<0.05),CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio of pick-up(P<0.01).To compare the control group,the 21 days model CD8~+ cells were significantly lower(P<0.01),CD4~+/CD8~+ was significantly higher(P <0.01);to compare 21 days model group,the 21 days treatment group CD8~+ cells was significantly higher(P<0.01),CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio of pick-up(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Ling Gui Longmu particles reduce viral myocarditis mice cardiac pathological form of the disease and ultrastructure.2.Ling Gui Longmu particles can inhibit extracellular signal kinase 1 and 2 expression,thus effectively control the virus replication and the immune system and anti-apoptosis activation of myocardial damage.3.Ling Gui Longmu particles can regulate adjuvantieity-T cells(CD4~+) and natural killer-T cells(CD8~+)to control cell-mediated immune injury.
