Research On Problems About Sustainability Of New Rural Cooperative Medical Care

Social security is one of the basic rights owned by citzens. In terms of the Constitution, it regulates clearly that in the condition of old-aged, illness or out of working ability; citizens of People's Republic of China have the rights to acquire special helps. With the rapid development of economy, it is necessary that new rural cooperative medical care be established as soon as possible in order to improve rural medical service availabily.The research is not only the needs of health of rural residents, but also advance of sustainable, steady and harmonious rural medical care with aims to balence urban and rural economy as a whole. This paper is divided into five chapters to analyze relative problems of sustainable development of rural cooperative medical care:By way of summarizing the process of old rural cooperative medical care system and analyzing main problems, it tries to construct logical model and build the sustainable development system of cooperative medical care. Furthermore, under study of new rural cooperative medical care of DA Ying county in SI Chuan province, it analyzes the project and behavior of local rural citizens. Finally, it brings forward the relative stratages and measures.
