Clinic Research Of Von Willebrand Factor And D-dimer In Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

Object: To discuss the variety regulation of the vWF and D-D factors in the HIE neonates,and observe the damaged condition of vascular endothelium and the effect on blood clotting and its clinical significance.Methods: Using the enzyme linked-immunoabsorbent (ELISA) method by the reagent box produced Sunbio company Peking,examing the vWF and D-D levels of 60 HIE cases which were divided into mild group (n=20),moderate group (n=20) and sever group (n=20),and compared the umbilical bloods of 20 normal term infants.Results:According to the classification criteria,HIE were divided into mild group, moderate group and sever group.The average values of vWF and D-D of the mild group are ( 50.78±6.06 )%and (0.0591±0.0078)mg/L respectively,compared to the control group with the average values of ( 33.57±6.15) % and(0.0378±0.0070)mg/L respectively,vWF is obvious significance(p<0.01),D-D is not statistically difference(p>0.05);The vWF,D-D levels in neonates with moderate HIE are significantly higher than those of healthy neonates(94.58±5.67%,0.1857±0.1183mg/L),there are obvious difference (p<0.01);The vWF,D-D levels in neonates with severe HIE are significantly higher than those of healthy neonates (228.35±38.27%,0.9264±0.0633mg/L),there are obvious difference (p <0.01).There is obvious significance among the mild,moderate and sever group. Furthermore,through each group means multiple comparison, there are obvious difference(p<0.01);besides,the vWF levels is found to be positively correlated with the D-D levels,Its correlation coefficient is 0.960(p<0.01).Conclusion: The damage of the vascular endothelium has existed in the mild group,but the clotting function can be normal.The clotting abnormality and damage of the vascular endothelium can exist in the moderate and severe groups,it shows the hypercoagulable state which is directly related to the patient's condition.
