Objective: The dry eye is one of higher incidence of eye diseases, it has complex and diverse etiology. To lead the reason of the dry eye will be the complex combination of hermone deficiency,age,autoimmune diseases,environment,drier air and evaporation,contact lens wear,blepharitis,rosacea and virus damage.According to statistics,there are more than 5,000 million dry-eye patients in United States,it is speculated that there are more than three hundred million dry-eye patients in our country. Strenthening research on the dry eye pathogenesis, exploring clinical features, clearing diagnostic criteria and treatment will be a urgent task in the eye sector.In recent years, the diagnostic methods of the dry eye have came out one after the other, therefore that of seeking not only simple economic but also high practical value should be the purpose that the eye sevtor persons have been persuing. The study has confirmed that Lysozyme and transforming growth factorβ2 have a higher content in tears, moreover the research shows that Lysozyme concentration determination is more accurate to judge the function of tear secretion than that SchirmerI test.This test has detected about the contents of Lysozyme and transforming growth factorβ2 in tears of dry eye patients and normal persons, and assessmented detection significance of transforming growth factorβ2 . By comparison the methods of dection tear fluid Lysozyme , it is established more accurately,conveniently,quickly and specimens less and for low concentration enzymes detection . By transforming growth factorβ2 in tear fluid , it is confirmed that the indicator could be as correlation indicator of dry eye diagnosis.Methods:1 Selection case: The patients with symptoms of dry eye were choiced , which were divided into NSS Group (none sj?gren syndrome ,NSS ) and SS Group (sj?gren syndrome,SS) .Moreover, normal persons were choiced as the control group.2 The concentration of Lysozyme was detected by trace rapid turbidmetric through gathering the tears of NSS group and SS group and control group.3 The concentration of transforming growth factorβ2 was detected by double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA through gathering the tears of NSS group and SS group and control group.4 The concentration of detected transforming growth factorβ2 compared with SchimerI test and BUT test to definite detection significance which diagnosised dry eye. 5 The datas were shown by X±S , the statistical analysis was described by SPSS12.0 software.Results:1 Detection of Lysozyme in tears :The concentration of Lysozyme could be detectd in all cases by trace rapid turbidmetric. In control group was (12.274±1.313)ug/ml , in NSS was(8.294±1.235)ug/ml, in SS was(8.446±1.113)ug/ml.The concentration of Lysozyme in NSS group and SS group were obviously lower than control group .There was significant difference through statistical treatment (P<0.05) .2 Detection of transforming growth factorβ2 :The OD value of transforming growth factorβ2 could be detected in all cases by double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA , according to standard curve to find the concentration of transforming growth factorβ2. In control group was (41.518±21.304)pg/ml , in NSS was (14.123±12.095)pg/ml , in SS was(14.022±8.668)pg/ml . The concentration of transforming growth factorβ2 in NSS group and SS group were obviously lower than control group . There was significant difference through statistical treatment (P<0.01); The concentration of transforming growth factorβ2 in SS group was lower than NSS group . There was not ignificant difference through statistical treatment (P>0.05).3 Correlation of detection of transforming growth factorβ2 and SchimerI test,BUT test : The positive correlation between detection of transforming growth factorβ2 and SchimerI test,BUT test in tears .Conclusion:1 The concentration of Lysozy me in NSS group and SS group were obviously lower than control group by trace rapid turbidmetric. There was significant difference through statistical treatment , indicating that the detection method could play an important role in detection methods of Lysozyme in tears ,and some advantages of specimens less,short reaction time,accurately,for low concentration enzymes detection .2 The concentration of transforming growth factorβ2 in NSS group and SS group were obviously lower than control group by double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA, making clear that the method could detected effectivly the concentration of transforming growth factorβ2 in tears .3 The positive correlation between detection of transforming growth factorβ2 and SchimerI test,BUT test in tears ,obviously the detection of transforming growth factorβ2 was feasible on auxiliary diagnosis of dry eye .
